Introductory Provisions
The Data Controller is the company ALPHA CONCRETUM gradnja d.o.o., located at Podokička ulica 11, Hrvatski Leskovac, registered with the Commercial Court in Zagreb, OIB: 87561417254, MB: 04623835, whose main activity is the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. For the purpose of protecting personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: General Data Protection Regulation), the Data Controller hereby confirms that it fully, timely, and consistently applies all legal regulations in all areas of operation, especially those directly related to the interests and satisfaction of its clients. In order to transparently inform all users of this website – data subjects – the Data Controller adopts and publishes this Privacy Policy. The activity of the Data Controller is not focused on personal data nor does it imply extensive processing of individuals’ personal data. The personal data that the Data Controller encounters and processes in its regular business operations are collected with consent and solely for the purpose of executing sales transactions or direct marketing (so-called “newsletter”).

Purpose of the Privacy Policy
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform data subjects about how their personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, what their rights are, and how to exercise them, in order to ensure full protection of the rights and freedoms of individuals regarding the processing of personal data. The Privacy Policy also ensures transparency concerning the functions and processing of personal data and enables the data subject to become familiar with their rights related to data processing.

Definition of Personal Data and Responsibility for Their Protection

All user data are strictly protected and only accessible to employees who need them to perform their duties. All employees of the Data Controller are responsible for complying with privacy protection principles.

  • restriction of data processing if you contest the accuracy of the data, if you oppose deletion but request restricted use instead, if the Data Controller no longer needs the data for processing but you require them for legal claims, or if you have objected to processing.

In the event of a personal data security breach that could cause you significant harm, the Data Controller will promptly notify you and take all necessary measures to remedy the damage and limit or mitigate any adverse consequences caused by the breach.
