Our role in the project

1. Reinforced concrete construction: level ground floor, 1-7 floors, attic and roof

AB construction of the elevator shaft – formwork, “sliders” for the doors, reinforcement and concreting of the walls and upper plates of the elevator shaft
AB columns – four-sided formwork, reinforcement and concreting
AB walls – double-sided formwork, “concrete planes”, “shutters, boxes and slots for installations, reinforcement and concreting of walls
AB beams – three-sided formwork, reinforcement and concreting
“semi-prefabricated” AB panels – “barbecue” up to 3 m high on all floors, boxes and slits for installations, cerclage, installation of OMNIA panels, reinforcement and concreting of the upper zone of the panels
AB stairs and prefab staircase – unloading, assembly, pouring prefab joints from ground floor to VIII. floor
AB parapet walls – double-sided formwork, reinforcement and concreting of loggia parapet walls

2. Carpentry and masonry work (roofing)

Roof structure – making a wooden roof structure of a single-roofed roof above the ceiling VIII. floor. construction made of cut fir wood of class II
Thermal insulation of the roof – performance of thermal insulation on the panel above VIII. floor with 20 cm thick mineral wool panels
Protection of thermal insulation – cement glaze for protection of thermal insulation above VIII. floor
Roof board formwork – production of board formwork of a wooden structure with a board thickness of 24 mm
Roofing adhesive – laying RUBITRAX bituminous roofing adhesive on the board formwork of the roof surface
Wall of installation channels on the roof – wall and necessary plastering of installation channels on the roof of the building
